- DEFINITIONS:
Our website Https://www.Advertall.com is committed to ensuring that the site is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the site or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the site or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
This website https://www.Advertall.com store and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the site secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that advertall.com won’t work properly or at all.
The site does use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.
You should be aware that there are certain things that Advertall.com will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the site will require the site to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Advertall.com cannot take responsibility for the site not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the site outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the site, or other third-party charges. In using the site, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the site outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the site, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the site.
Along the same lines, advertall.com cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the site i.e. you need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, advertall.com cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Advertall.com responsibility for your use of the site, when you’re using the site, it’s important to bear in mind that although we Endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Advertall.com accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the site.

Eligibility
To access or use the Site, you must be 18 years of age & Above, not be a competitor of ours (as we may determine in our sole discretion), and not have been previously banned from the Site or had your account closed by us. If you use the Site on behalf of another person or entity,
(A) All references to “you” throughout these Terms will include that person or entity,
(B) You represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that person’s or entity’s behalf, and
(C) In the event you or the person or entity violates these Terms, the person or entity agrees to be responsible to us.
Permission to Use the Site
We grant you permission to use the Site subject to the restrictions in these Terms. Your use of the Site is at your own risk, including the risk that you might be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate.
User Accounts and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. If you permit others to use your account credentials, you are responsible for the activities of such users that occur in connection with your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any or no reason.
Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only if you are not a customer of advertall.com. In creating it, we ask that you provide complete and accurate information about yourself and promptly update this information if it changes to bolster your credibility as a contributor to the Site. You may not impersonate someone else (e.g., adopt the identity of a celebrity or your next-door neighbor), create or use an account for anyone other than yourself, provide an email address other than your own, or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames, including on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim, including trademark rights, in those usernames. If you use a pseudonym, take care to note that others may still be able to identify you if, for example, you include identifying information in your reviews, use the same account information on other sites, or allow other sites to share information about you with advertall.com. Responsibility for Your Content
You alone are responsible for Your Content, and once published, it cannot always be withdrawn. You assume all risks associated with Your Content, including anyone’s reliance on its quality, accuracy, or reliability, or any disclosure by you of information in Your Content that makes you personally identifiable. You represent that you own or have the necessary permissions to use and authorize the use of Your Content as described herein. You may not imply that Your Content is in any way sponsored or endorsed by advertall.com.
You may not create, post, store or share any of Your Content that violates these Terms or for which you do not have all the rights necessary to grant us the license described above. You represent and warrant that Your Content, and our use of such content as permitted by these Terms, will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity.
Our Right to Use Your Content
We may use Your Content in a number of different ways, including publicly displaying it, reformatting it, verifying it, incorporating it into advertisements and other works, creating derivative works from it, promoting it, distributing it, and allowing others to do the same in connection with their own websites and media platforms (“Other Media”). As such, you hereby irrevocably grant us world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, assignable, sub licensable, transferable right to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, reproduce, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display, analyze and commercialize Your Content for any purpose. Ownership
As between you and advertall.com, you own Your Content. We own the advertall.com Content, including but not limited to visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, templates, verification processes, verification information, including, but not limited to, our compilation of User Content and other Site Content, computer code, products, software, aggregate user review ratings, and all other elements and components of the Site excluding Your Content, User Content and Third-Party Content. We also own the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual and proprietary rights throughout the world (“IP Rights”) associated with advertall.com content and the Site, which are protected by copyright, trade dress, patent, trademark laws and all other applicable intellectual and proprietary rights and laws. As such, you may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of advertall.com content in whole or in part except as expressly authorized by us in writing. Except as expressly and unambiguously provided herein, we do not grant you any express or implied rights, and all rights in and to the Site and advertall.com content are retained by us.
Other
User Content (including any that may have been created by users employed or contracted by advertall.com) does not necessarily reflect the opinion of advertall.com. Although we have no obligation to screen, edit or monitor Your Content, we reserve the right to remove, delete, screen, edit, or reinstate User Content from time to time at our sole discretion for any reason or no reason, and without notice to you. We have no obligation to retain or provide you with copies of Your Content, nor do we guarantee any confidentiality with respect to Your Content.
- RESTRICTIONS
The general guidelines to the online review policy for User and Third-Party Content are set forth in Addendum A that can be found at the end of these Terms.
You agree not to, and will not assist, encourage, or enable others to use the Site to:
Write a fake or defamatory review, trade reviews with other businesses, or compensate someone or be compensated to write or remove a review;
Violate any third party’s rights, including any breach of confidence, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right;
Threaten, stalk, harm, or harass others, or promote bigotry or discrimination in any manner or use obscene, vulgar or offensive language;
Promote a business or other commercial venture or event, or otherwise use the Site for commercial purposes, except in connection with a Business Account and as expressly permitted by advertall.com in writing;
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent yourself or any affiliation with any person or use such other person’s account in any manner;
Use our Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or engage in, encourage or promote any activity that violates these Terms or our Privacy Policy;
Modify, adapt, appropriate, reproduce, distribute, translate, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display, sell, trade, or in any way exploit the Site or Site Content (other than Your Content), except as expressly authorized by advertall.com in writing;
Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, automated scripts, or other automated device, process or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index any portion of the Site or any Site Content;
Reverse engineer any portion of the Site;
Remove or modify any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice that appears on any portion of the Site or on any materials printed or copied from the Site;
Record, process, or mine information about other users;
Access, retrieve or index any portion of the Site for purposes of constructing or populating a searchable database of business reviews;
Reformat or frame any portion of the Site;
Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on advertall.com technology infrastructure or otherwise make excessive traffic demands of the Site;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, user accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Site through hacking, password mining or any other means;
Use the Site or any Site Content to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature (collectively, “Viruses”);
Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site;
Use the Site to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes; disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Site or Site Content; or

CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE
Any dispute arising from these Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Washington, except to the extent preempted by U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles (whether of Washington or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. For any claim brought by either party, you agree to submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts of Washington and the United States, respectively, sitting in King County, Washington.

Any attempted assignment by you shall violate these Terms and be void. The section titles in the Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
